Last June 23–24, 2026, CESWI had the privilege of facilitating the "Future-Ready Leadership for Innovation, Collaboration, and Strategic Influence" workshop for the dedicated professionals of DOST-MIRDC.

Over the two days, participants explored Systems Thinking, applied PESTLE Analysis to real-world challenges, and developed practical strategies for gaining stakeholder buy-in.

The highlight of the workshop was Strategic Negotiation, where participants engaged in realistic role plays, applied the RADPAC framework, and received constructive critiques to strengthen their communication, influence, and negotiation skills.
