Job Responsibilities
• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring timely replenishment of stocks as needed.
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical counts and system records.
• Oversee and track the movement of goods from receiving to storage and from storage to dispatch.
• Generate inventory reports and present findings to management.
• Ensure that all incoming shipments meet company quality standards and that outgoing items are in good condition prior to delivery or transfer.
• Update inventory management systems with real-time data to accurately track stock levels, movements, and adjustments.
• Ensure stored products comply with quality and safety standards; report any issues or discrepancies to the concerned departments.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and external regulations related to inventory control and storage practices.
• Investigate and resolve inventory-related issues such as discrepancies, damaged goods, or delivery delays.

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s/College degree in any field.
• At least 3 years of work experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or a related field.
• Experience using inventory management systems or software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) is an advantage.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently, act quickly on requests, and demonstrate critical thinking.

Job Responsibilities:
- Creates designs that will communicate brand and marketing message across all channels.
- In charge on the conceptualization, creation, and production of all marketing materials for campaigns, activities and initiatives.
- Define project requirements, schedule, costs and budget.
- Maintains technical knowledge by attending design workshops; reviewing professional publications; participating in professional societies. Provides support to the Marketing Team as needed.
