• Report of Rating (with authenticated PRC License for board passers)
d. College Diploma and Transcript of Records (TOR) with GWA indicated
e. Certificate of Good Moral Character
(from school last attended)
f. Two (2) pcs 2×2 Colored ID Pictures
• White background
• With name tag
• Round-neck shirt
g. Height Waiver (if applicable)

LATERAL ENTRY FOR TECHNICAL OFFICERS (LETO) Recruitment Processing schedules, Requirements, and Contact Information

PLEASE READ.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

The submission of Application Letter and Documentary Requirements for Lateral entry is from February 9 to 25, 2026. Submit pdf of duly accomplished and signed application form to the following email: [email protected]

Submission of application folder to respective units with quota: Health Service (HS), Forensic Group (FG), or Chaplain Service (CHS) with offices in Camp Crame. The target date for oath-taking is fourth week of April.

🗓 Deadline: February 24, 2026

📂 Applications must be submitted in a long white folder with tabbing and plastic cover.

Here are the General Qualifications:

• Must be a Filipino citizen
• Must have good moral character
• Must be physically and mentally fit

Age Requirement
• Civilian - not less than 21 or more than 30 years old upon take oath
***or with NAPOLCOM Age Waiver (not more than 35 yrs. Old)
• In-Service- not less than 21 or more than 45 years before take oath

Height Requirement
***Must be at least one meter and fifty-seven centimeters (1.57m) in height for males and one meter and fifty-two centimeters (1.52m) for females. Provided that a waiver for height requirement shall be automatically granted to applicants belonging to the cultural minorities/indigenous people.

Weight Requirement
***Must weigh not more or less than five (5) kilograms from the standard weight corresponding to his/her height, age, and s*x.

MEDICOL-LEGAL OFFICER QUALIFICATION
• A Licensed Physician
• 8 hours of relevant training
• 1-2 years of experience in related field

FORENSIC ODONTOLOGIST QUALIFICATION
• A Licensed Dentist
• Completed a full-time residency for an advanced post-graduate training program in the fields of forensic dentistry
• 2 years of experience in related field

CHEMIST QUALIFICATION
• A Graduate of BS-Chemistry/Biochemistry
• A Licensed Chemist
• 16 hours of relevant training
• 3 years of experience in related field
