Responsibilities:
● Call customers with overdue accounts
● Understand and explain the benefits of repayment and credit history to customers
● Correct customer misunderstandings on product policies and terms
● Diffuse tension from bad customer experiences with the application
● Set up payment plans and follow-up schedule
Qualifications
At least 1 year of Inbound or Outbound Collections experience in a BPO setting.
Good English communication skills
Amenable to work in Eastwood, Quezon city

✓ 26,500 basic pay Starting
plus 2,000 Allowances upon regularization and monthly incentives!
✓ In Total of 28,000
✓ First Day of Training will give a Gcash worth 500 pesos.
