Fiber Optic Splicer Technician

Project Ventures Cooperative is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Fiber Optic Splicer Technician to join our growing team.

🔧 Position: Fiber Optic Splicer Technician
📍 Work Location: Pasay City
🕒 Employment Type: Full-time / Project-based

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform fiber optic cable splicing, termination, and testing
• Conduct OTDR and power meter testing to ensure signal quality
• Install, maintain, and repair fiber optic networks (aerial & underground)
• Troubleshoot and resolve fiber connectivity issues
• Read and interpret network plans and schematics
• Ensure work complies with safety and quality standards

Qualifications:
• At least High School / Vocational / Technical graduate (TESDA or equivalent preferred)
• Proven experience in fiber optic splicing and testing
• Knowledgeable in OTDR, fusion splicer, and fiber tools
• Willing to work on field assignments and flexible schedules
• Physically fit and able to work at heights or outdoors
• With NC II in Fiber Optic Installation (advantage)
