Qualifications
• Graduate of any Business-related course
• At least 1 year of experience in Sales
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet targets
• Experience in import trading or hardware sales is an advantage
Job Responsibilities
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
• Manage and strengthen relationships with key accounts and high-value clients
• Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and competitor insights
• Lead, mentor, and support junior sales team members to improve performance
• Handle client negotiations and close deals to maximize profitability
• Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts to guide business decisions
• Collaborate with management to align sales goals with company objectives
