The Department of Tourism – MIMAROPA Region recently conducted the Filipino Brand of Service Excellence (FBSE) training for TAO Lostboys, Inc. in El Nido, Palawan, facilitated by Ms. Rita Sarmiento.

Another inspiring day of learning, connection, and bringing the heart of Filipino hospitality to life!

We are proud to welcome a new group of FBSE Ambassadors, resort staff members who successfully completed our 8-hour training designed to elevate guest touchpoints and bring authentic Filipino service values into their everyday operations.

Through meaningful discussions, role-playing, and practical demonstrations, our participants explored how each interaction can become an opportunity to create memorable experiences.
