• With at least 6 months experience as a Restaurant Supervisor, Team Leader, Shift Supervisor, or similar role in the Food & Beverage industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and sanitation standards
• Ability to handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
• Can work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in basic computer applications and POS systems
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
• Honest, reliable, and results-oriented
💼 Responsibilities:
📋 Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient and smooth service
📋 Monitor and support service crew, cashiers, kitchen staff, and other restaurant personnel
📋 Ensure excellent customer service and address customer concerns promptly and professionally
📋 Assist in staff scheduling, attendance monitoring, and performance evaluation
📋 Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
📋 Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment of restaurant supplies
📋 Assist in training and coaching employees to improve performance and service quality
📋 Oversee opening and closing procedures of the restaurant
📋 Prepare operational reports and communicate updates to management
📋 Maintain a clean, organized, and productive work environment
