We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and trustworthy professional to support our branch operations.
Qualifications
✅ Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, Finance, or any related course
✅ At least 1 year of experience in branch administration, cashiering, or accounting is an advantage
✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
✅ Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
✅ Honest, dependable, and able to work under pressure
Responsibilities
• Manage branch administrative and documentation requirements
• Monitor cash, reports, and branch records
• Ensure proper safekeeping of company assets and documents
• Coordinate with Head Office regarding branch concerns
• Support daily branch operations and ensure compliance with company policies
• At least 1 year of experience in cashiering
