"I never thought that I would be travelling to the USA with my family, before it was just a dream of being with them while I am in Overseas, but now the reality makes a dream come true.

I joined Health Carousel in March 2023. It was a long and smooth process. You need patience , perseverance and continue gaining your skills while waiting for your deployment. HCPI are well trained and organized. They will help you the best they can do.

Thank you to Ms. Marsh Caguioa for leveling up my confidence before taking the English exam. Thank you to my International Program Advisor Sir Vaughn Sadio who helped me a lot and guided me throughout the process . Thank you also to Ms. Janis who guided me before deploying to the USA. May God bless you all.

It is a very Challenging and not easy Journey for me. You need courage , patience and perseverance, just trust the process and never forget to pray and believe what God Almighty will do.

To my Fellow Nurses and others working in the medical field that are dreaming of going to the USA . You can make your dream come true someday , don't give up, face your fear and always believe in yourself that you can do it."

"My journey with Health Carousel has been long, challenging, exciting, emotional, and ultimately rewarding.

Because of retrogression, this journey lasted much longer than any of us originally expected. Over time, my advisors, Miss Cel, Miss Liza, Miss Arlyn, Miss Brianna, and Miss Janis became more than just advisors. Their warmth, kindness, and genuine concern made them feel like friends and family. Every advisor I worked with treated me as a person rather than just a case number. That human connection made a tremendous difference throughout the entire process. I even had the opportunity to visit the Health Carousel office in Manila and meet some of them personally, which made the experience even more meaningful.

Sometimes the process asks us to be patient longer than we expected, but patience does not mean standing still. Every document submitted, every exam passed, every requirement completed, and every obstacle overcome is still progress. The journey taught me that strength is not the absence of fear. Strength is continuing forward despite fear, uncertainty, and doubt.

The American Dream is not defined by how quickly you arrive. It is defined by your willingness to keep moving forward even when the road becomes difficult. There were moments during my own journey when the finish line felt very far away. Today, as I prepare for deployment, I can honestly say that every challenge, every delay, and every lesson contributed to who I have become.

So keep going. Because one day, you will look back on this chapter and realize that every step brought you exactly where you were meant to be. Your story is far from over. Keep writing it..... Unable to hold back my tears while writing this, Gretell Gaile, RN, USRN"

"Since there is still ongoing retrogression, my application process was both challenging and rewarding. Every exams, complying required documents and interviews taught me that there’s no shortcuts in life. It requires a lot of patience, perseverance and faith to our God.

To my advisors, sir Edgard, Sir Vaughn and maam Christine, I am truly grateful for your support and encouragement throughout my journey. In times where I loose hope due to retrogression, you’re always there to assist me and motivate me to keep going.

I waited for 3 years to achieve one of my goals in life. This journey is not easy. It is tiring and stressful. It does not happen overnight. We just have to focus, trust the process and believe in ourselves. Take every challenge as an opportunity to grow and learn. "

"FAITH THROUGH LOSS AND HOPE

I first applied for the PPUSA Aspire program in August 2022, full of dreams but unaware of how much this journey would test my strength. The waiting was long, but I kept going.

But life had other plans. In the middle of this journey, I lost my mother and my tito — two people who believed in me the most. Their passing broke me. There were nights I wanted to quit, thinking I couldn’t do this without them. Grief, NCLEX review, and PTE prep all at once… it was the hardest season of my life.

Still, I remembered my mom's words before she passed away: “Unso, ituloy mo pangarap mo kahit wala n ako.” Because of her love and sacrifices, I found the strength to keep going. My advisor, Ms. Joan/ Sir Steven also became my anchor. They are professional, patient, and incredibly kind. They didn’t just guide me through documents and deadlines — they listened when I was grieving and encouraged me to honor my mother and by finishing what I started.

After years of waiting, studying, and healing, I was finally deployed to Maine in June 2026. Looking back, I know every delay, every tear, and every exam had a purpose. This achievement isn’t just mine — it’s for my mother, lola and tito in heaven who are cheering me on. And specially to my father ,aunts, relatives and friends who supported me all the way.

To the entire Health Carousel team, thank you for your patience and compassion. You treated me like family during my lowest moments and never let me feel alone.

To everyone still waiting for their priority date ,interview and deployment — I see you. Grief and dreams can exist at the same time. Keep going, even with a heavy heart. Your loved ones want you to succeed. Keep the faith, trust God’s timing, and believe that your breakthrough is coming.

From the beginning until receiving my immigrant visa, they guided and supported me every step of the way. The process was smooth, professional, and organized, and now I’m finally preparing for my new life in the United States. I’m truly grateful for their patience, dedication, and commitment to helping international nurses achieve their American dream.
