Casterly Ventures Corp. is looking for a skilled and motivated Computer Technicianto join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware and software issues, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network problems.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and related peripherals.
Perform regular maintenance and system upgrades.
Assemble, repair, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and other IT devices.
Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed.
Maintain accurate records of processes, repairs, and inventory.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Computer Technician is a plus.
Open to Fresh Graduates who are willing to learn.
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues.
Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and common software applications.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
