Inventory Assistant
We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Assistant to help maintain accurate stock records, support warehouse operations, and ensure efficient inventory management.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular stock and cycle counts
- Update and monitor inventory records
- Assist with receiving, storing, picking, and shipping items
- Prepare inventory reports and support audits
- Coordinate with purchasing on stock shortages
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year experience in inventory/warehouse operations (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Knowledge of IT/tech products preferred
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and math skills
- Proficient in basic computer and inventory systems

Senior Technician
We are seeking a skilled Senior Technician to oversee technical operations, provide support for IT equipment, and ensure efficient troubleshooting and maintenance. The role will also guide junior staff and assist in streamlining warehouse and inventory processes.
Key Responsibilities:
-Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware.
- Perform diagnostics and troubleshoot technical issues
- Provide technical guidance and support to staff and junior technicians
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and maintenance of IT items
- Assist in audits and coordinate with the inventory team on technical stock concerns
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of IT hardware, networking, and troubleshooting
- Ability to lead and mentor team members
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to support both technical and warehouse operations
