What makes OFW Hotjobs a premium paper—aside from being personally handed out to commuters and passers-by (strictly one per person)—is that it is printed on textbook paper NOT newsprint. That sudden downpour is NOT a typhoon =) Typhoon VONGFONG is moving west northwest at 24kph. Once it enters the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) tonight, it will be named OMPONG. PAGASA says it is not expected to make landfall or move closer to any coastal area in the PAR.
