📋 JOB SUMMARY & RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Right-of-Way (ROW) Officer, you will secure the legal permits, clearances, and access approvals from LGUs, government agencies (ex. DPWH), electric cooperatives, and private property owners needed to clear the path for our fiber-optic network expansion.

Permit & Clearance Acquisition: Prepare, submit, and diligently follow up on all necessary ROW applications and legal clearances with relevant government units and private entities.

Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between the company and LGUs, DPWH, electric cooperatives, and private landowners to negotiate access and resolve right-of-way bottlenecks.

Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all acquired permits, deeds of assignment, and easement agreements are legally compliant, accurately documented, and properly filed.

Reporting & Tracking: Maintain accurate project trackers and prepare regular status reports on permit approvals and negotiation milestones for management.
