📌 Job Description:
1. Reports directly to the Project Manager.
2. Oversees project site conditions and progress.
3. Ensures the correctness of submitted progress reports, material testing results, product submittals, sample material approvals, and other related construction materials.
4. Evaluates and reconciles contractor claims due to variation orders.
5. Evaluates and recommends progress billings and change orders, if any, as submitted by contractors.
6. Oversees the preparation of weekly and monthly accomplishment reports for submission to the Project Manager.
7. Communicates and coordinates with consultants, other departments/divisions, clients, agencies, and other firms/offices relative to the project.
8. Attends to other PDD or company matters and concerns outside regular functions when required or upon advice.
