In the event that a deployed personnel fails to report for work at a given day with prior notice an immediate reliever will be provided to the client to ensure the facilitation of agreed upon services. If no prior notice has been given, we commit to send a reliever within the day to cover the number of hours required to fulfill agreed upon duties and responsibilities. Benefits
We ensure cost-maximization from our services and cost-savings from the client as recruitment, processing, investigation, evaluation, and monitoring of deployed personnel will be entirely bound by our responsibility through the service level agreement. We will take full responsibility in giving the assurance that all deployed personnel are within the competency standards of our clients. Expenses related to recruitment are now effectively converted from Overhead Costs to Variable Costs. Loss Control Management
We are committed to absorb losses related to a deployed personnel’s work-related damage(s) including but not limited to pilferage and breakage upon express submission of facts and circumstances by the client. We do not condone irresponsibility on the part of our team members as we enjoin them to be excellent service partners to our clients.
