Customer Support Specialist (Energy & Solar)
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and courteous manner.
• Assist customers with product information, system operation, and troubleshooting related to solar energy systems.
• Resolve technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate internal teams as needed.
• Guide customers through the solar installation process, addressing concerns and providing updates.
• Handle billing inquiries, account issues, and payment processing.
• Educate customers about energy efficiency, solar panel maintenance, and warranty services.
• Collaborate with sales, technical, and field teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions and support activities in the CRM system.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and regulatory changes in the energy and solar sectors.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on recurring issues and customer needs.
