Customer Support Specialist (Energy & Solar)

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and courteous manner.
• Assist customers with product information, system operation, and troubleshooting related to solar energy systems.
• Resolve technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate internal teams as needed.
• Guide customers through the solar installation process, addressing concerns and providing updates.
• Handle billing inquiries, account issues, and payment processing.
• Educate customers about energy efficiency, solar panel maintenance, and warranty services.
• Collaborate with sales, technical, and field teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions and support activities in the CRM system.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and regulatory changes in the energy and solar sectors.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on recurring issues and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute a comprehensive social media content strategy that aligns with our brand and financial advisory services.
● Create engaging, high-quality graphics, videos, and written content tailored for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, and other platforms.
● Build and maintain a consistent posting schedule to grow engagement and followers.
● Use design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar to create custom graphics that reflect the brand’s voice and aesthetic.
● Shoot and edit short-form videos, such as educational snippets, client testimonials, and service highlights.
● Monitor social media performance metrics and adjust strategies for maximum engagement and reach.
● Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies.
● Collaborate with the marketing and advisory teams to support campaigns and product launches.
● Engage with followers, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:
● Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or similar role.
● Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, video editing software).
● Strong understanding of the unique dynamics of major social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Tiktok).
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Video production and editing experience is a must.
● Ability to analyze social media metrics and refine content strategy accordingly.
● Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
● Knowledge of financial services or willingness to learn about the industry.

This is a remote / work from home setup
Salary: $1200 to $1500 Monthly
