Last August 20, we celebrated 25 years of Viventis with the people who make our workplace what it is. We looked back at old memories, recognized those who have stayed with us through the years, shared a few laughs, and simply enjoyed being together.

25 years gave us plenty to look back on—and even more to look forward to.

IT WAS 2001 and the dot-com crash has just wiped-out fortunes. The Asian financial crisis was still an open wound. Into that wreckage, I walked away from a stable career in IT and education to incorporate a small search firm in the Philippines. I called this decision “entrepreneurial stupidity.”

On August 20, we celebrated a milestone that means so much to us—25 years of Viventis Search Asia, Inc.

What started with a vision 25 years ago has grown into a journey shaped by the people who believed in it, worked through the challenges, celebrated the wins, and continued to move forward together.

Our Shine On: A Celebration of 25 Years was a beautiful reminder that behind every milestone are the people who make it possible.

From our Thanksgiving Mass and lunch celebration to an unforgettable evening of recognition, laughter, music, and dancing, we celebrated not just how far we’ve come, but the people who made the journey meaningful.

To everyone who has been part of the Viventis story—our people, partners, clients, and friends—thank you for being part of our 25 years.

A big thank you as well to Emperador Brandy, Fickle Cookies , Pepsi Philippines, MR DIY, and Jal Yoga for partnering with us in this special occasion.

The Executive Roundtable at CHRO 4.0 brought together HR leaders for candid conversations on the realities of AI adoption across organizations.
