-At least 5 years of US healthcare revenue cycle experience for insurance verification and authorization functions, 2+ years in healthcare leadership role. Previous experience managing hybrid/remote teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Health Information Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field
RCM Knowledge: Strong knowledge of insurance verification, prior authorization, CPT/ICD-10 codes, and payer guidelines.
-Proficiency with payer portals, eligibility and authorization tools (e.g., Availity), and electronic medical records (EMR) such as Epic, Cerner, or Meditech.
📌Medical Coder - Inpatient l 120k sign-on bonus!
-Work setup & shift: Onsite | Day shift
-At least 2 years of Inpatient DRG Coding experience.
- Bachelor of Science in allied health field.
-ActiveCertified Coding Specialist (CCS) or Certified Inpatient Coder (CIC), or Certified Documentation Improvement Practitioner (CDIP)
-xtensive, comprehensive working knowledge of medical terminology, Anatomy and Physiology, diagnostic and procedural coding, and MS-DRG, APR DRG assignment. Must be proficient in identifying POA, SOI, and ROM indicators for Inpatient records as well as HACs and PSIs to ensure accurate hospital reimbursement. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations.

📌Utilization Review Nurse Specialist l 50k sign-on bonus!Nightshift
-At least 1 year of utilization review experience.
-Minimum of 3-5 years acute care clinical experience in a hospital setting (Med/Surg, or similar preferred); 2-3 years of ICU experience.
-Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
- Must be a Registered Nurse with an active PHRN or USRN license.
- Proficiency in using InterQual or MCG clinical guidelines. Broad Knowledge of U.S. Government Programs and Insurance Regulations
-Proficiency with hospital-based electronic medical records (EMR) such as Epic, Cerner, or Meditech.
📌Clinical Denials & Appeals Nurse Specialist l 50k sign-on bonus!Nightshift
-At least 1 year of clinical appeal writing experience.
- Minimum of 3-5 years acute care clinical experience in a hospital setting (Med/Surg, or similar preferred); 2-3 years of ICU experience.
-Must be a Registered Nurse with an active PHRN or USRN license.

-Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Active Certified Coding Specialist or Certified Inpatient Coder (CIC) or Certified Documentation Improvement Practitioner (CDIP).
-Registered Nurse with an active PHRN or USRN license.
- Extensive, comprehensive working knowledge of medical terminology, Anatomy and Physiology, diagnostic and procedural coding, and MS-DRG, APR DRG assignment. Strong knowledge of HCCs, NCCI edits, and medical necessity concepts. 📌Director - Revenue Cycle
-10 years’ experience in revenue cycle management, 5 years’ experience managing RCM operations for US-based clients, 3 years in a senior leadership role (director or above).
-Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
-Strong experience with revenue cycle management (RCM) operations, especially in clinical RCM (Clinical Documentation Improvement, Coding, Utilization Review, Clinical Denials & Appeals) and/or non-clinical RCM (Insurance Verification/Authorization, voice, customer service functions)
-Experience working with large EMR (Cerner, EPIC, Meditech)
