• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in using computers for a variety of tasks.
• Knowledgeable in basic computer applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be organized, reliable, hardworking and sincere.
• Can work with minimal supervision.
Job Description
• Excellently communicate with prospective customers through chat and respond to their queries promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Update the assigned sales tracker diligently to monitor the order status of the customer.
• Maintain professional and profitable relationships with the customers.
• Work independently or in a team to achieve sales quota.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge about product information and promotions.
• Attend training and other learning opportunities assigned by the management team for professional development and knowledge expansion.
• Stay abreast of online marketing trends and competitors.
• Perform daily tasks based on the assigned work plan by the management team.
