Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles.
To provide an end-to-end IT technical recruitment service to the Company.
Create, write, and advertise technical job descriptions based on client needs.
Sources qualified candidates for technical and niche positions using: Jobstreet, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, and other/additional relevant job portals.
Communicates with candidates and performs pre-screening interviews, face-to-face / online interviews, status updates, and job offer discussions.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any course, preferably in Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Human Resources
Must have 1 year of Technical Recruiter
Experience in end-to-end technical recruitment is a must
Knowledgeable in different technical skills
Good communication skills (oral and written)
