The Philippine Maritime Convention 2026 Day 2, with the theme "Maritime Excellence, Future Workforce and Global Partnership,"
featured sessions on maritime regulation and governance, crew licensing, certification and international compliance, maritime education and training excellence, maritime labor justice and accountability, reintegration and psychosocial support, and the Philippine Maritime Convention Seafarers Voyage Plan 2030 together with the presentation of the 2026 Convention Resolution.

Today’s discussions focused on important issues that directly affect our Filipino seafarers, including the Magna Carta of Filipino Seafarers: Policy Leadership and Implementation, Maritime Labour Justice and Accountability, and Welfare, Health, and Human Protection Systems.

These meaningful discussions strengthen our commitment to promoting the rights, welfare, protection, and well-being of Filipino seafarers and to continuously supporting higher standards in the Philippine maritime industry.
