Key Responsibilities:
β’ Preparation of fish and seafood: cleaning, filleting, portioning, and cutting.
β’ Grilling, pan-frying, and deep-frying fish and seafood dishes.
β’ Ensuring proper storage and handling of fresh ingredients according to food safety standards.
β’ Continuous cleaning and maintenance of the work area, counters, and kitchen equipment.
β’ Assisting in receiving and checking fresh fish deliveries for quality and freshness.
β’ Maintaining hygiene and sanitation standards at all times.
