Our Head of Crewing, Ms. Mary Therese Labilles, and Fleet Personnel Manager, C/E Sandro Monterde, recently have a lunch together with our senior officers. It wasn't about ranks or responsibilities—it was about reconnecting with the people who have dedicated years of their lives to every voyage, every challenge, and every safe return home.
