We need an On the Job Trainee for our Eastwood site to help us in recruitment processes. If you know someone interested pls tell them about this. Looking for OJT who:
- Can competently use Microsoft Excel, Word and Chrome and Mozilla browsers
- Is organized
- Has a helpful, friendly personality, because he or she will face applicants all day and call applicants for follow up

We prefer an OJT who still needs to put in the full length of his or her required OJT hours eg 300 hours. This is for good continuity.

The OJT will get a P200 transpo and food allowance per day worked. So it would be good if he or she does not live more than one hour's commute from Eastwood.

Office hours are 8-5 Mon to Fri.

Several clients hiring entry/beginner level customer service reps for Sucat, MOA, MakatiEDSA, Ortigas, Eastwood, QC. Base pay in the range 13-15k plus night differentials 10-30%, allowances. Some also give incentives of P3k if no absence of tardiness previous month. So your gross pay (before taxes) could easily be 16-22k. See us ASAP at our Pasay and Eastwood offices if interested. In addition to Eastwood, we're now in Pasay right beside Gil Puyat LRT station (formerly Buendia). Very easy to get to from all over the city plus Cavite, Laguna and Batangas! Cuz all Cavite buses to Ayala pass by our corner and JAM, DLTB and JAC bus terminals are across the street or just around the corner!

Come visit us sometime if you want a call center job! Open 8am-5pm Mon-Fri. Mall hours start at 10am but just tell the guard you are going to JobSolutions and sign the log book at the entrance and you can see us at 8am!

Some of the things call center recruiters look out for when interviewing applicants:
- Good English skills (or whatever language is needed)
- Ability to take on difficult customers through good human relations skills and through an ability not to take things personally. Here it helps to have a helpful, patient mindset. This is something true for all good service workers. Great hotels like the Four Seasons look for the same thing.
- Flexibility. Because you need to be able to adjust, not only to different customers but to different schedules. There will be times when your reporting time will have to change because of workload, seasons, etc
- Ability to learn quickly, because you will need to understand your account and its unique characteristics and put that learning to work quickly. More so if your account is a technical account.
- Ability to get to the root of a problem so you can fix it, while doing it in a way that keeps the customer.
- Good work habits, eg being disciplined and organized mentally and in other ways, so you can keep your life in order, be on time for work, do what needs to be done effectively.

Last week I observed several interviews of applicants who had failed at several call centers through lack of the right preparation before they came to see us. Good to know that after they got training several of them passed and have received job offers or are signing their JOs this week. Some will start on Monday and Tuesday.
If you know someone who wants to work in a call center but who has failed the interview process after initial interview and needs some help pls ask them to see us. We might be able to help them.

A large client with operations in Ortigas and Makati needs experienced agents (at least 6 to 12 months) who have very good service skills, very good English and who have shown stability in their career choices, ie not much job-hopping at 3-6 months with much gaps between work stints. Most applicants who get hired actually have around at least 2 years of good experience, are very fluent, have a soothing phone manner, sounding helpful and mature.

They have day and night shifts with the usual shifting of schedules.

Pay is very good. Basic plus allowances and any applicable night differentials can add up to between 23 and 30k.
