Dear Member:

Please be informed that the Aviation Cooperative for Enhanced Services (ACES) is presently updating its records to enable us to serve better our members. In this regard, please provide the office the following:

1. Updated membership data of all members to include your present address, email address and contact numbers.
2. A photocopy of member’s passbooks (if any) for updating and correction based on ACES record of books of account.

We are presently undergoing rehabilitation and would like to request each and every member to help and support us in making ACES stand on its feet again.

Dear ACES Members,

GREETINGS!

In our desire to update the members of the ACES Board and Managment activities, we have initially scheduled a Special General Assembly on 28 October 2023. On this date, however, the Union of Metro Manila Cooperatives (UMMC), the One-Cooperative Federation (OCF), the Regional Cooperative Development Council – (NCR (RCDC-NCR), and the Cooperative Development Authority – NCR (CDA-NCREO) will spearhead a once a year Metro Manila Cooperative Congress 2023 with the theme: “COOPS 2023: BUILDING LEADERSHIP FOR COOPERATIVE GOVERNANCE” where all the the Board of Directors are required to attend. This will be a whole day conference to be held at Novotel, Cubao, Quezon City.

Considering that the Christmas Season is already near, the Board has approved the joint conduct of the Special General Assembly and the Christmas Fellowship Activity on November 30, 2023 at the Ballroom, Villamor Golf Club, Pasay City at 1:30 pm. We will also be launching our Fund Raising Activity on this day.

Notice is hereby given that the Special General Assembly Meeting of the Aviation Cooperative for Enhanced Services (ACES) which was earlier announced to be scheduled on 14 October 2023, Saturday, will be now held at on October 28, 2023, Saturday, 1:30 pm at the Social Hall, Villamor Golf Club, Pasay City. Please confirm your attendance by e-mail to [email protected] or any other social media platform like viber number not later than 23 October 2023.

Change of schedule was due to unavailability of venue.
