**Job Title:** Inside Sales Representative (Remote - Philippines)

**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven **Inside Sales Representative** to join our team. This remote, work-from-home role offers an exciting opportunity to connect with customers, generate leads, and close sales through phone and digital platforms. The position comes with a competitive salary of **USD 900 per month**.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective strategies for prospecting, pricing, and negotiation.

4. Demonstrated success in achieving or surpassing sales targets in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
5. Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide critical support to our accounting department by handling a variety of tasks, ensuring smooth financial operations. You will initially focus on mastering core functionalities before expanding your skillset through cross-training opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Process and reconcile vendor invoices
Run check runs and ensure accurate payments
Generate and send past due statements
Contact clients professionally for account collections
(After cross-training) Issue invoices, manage client credit terms, distribute W-9 forms, complete vendor onboarding paperwork, and participate in other accounting activities

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting with relevant experience (preferred)
Exceptional written and spoken English with strong communication skills
Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Suite applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
Experience working with US clients a strong plus
Prior experience using Syncore accounting software a significant advantage

We are seeking an experienced Telemarketer/Appointment Setter to join our team and help us promote our client's services to New Zealand companies. As a telemarketer, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to our client's services, and generating leads for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers in New Zealand to promote our client's services
• Follow a script to introduce our client's services and explain their benefits to potential customers
• Identify decision-makers and set appointments for our sales team to follow up
