โข Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
โข Licensure: Registered Nurse (RN) with an active and valid PRC ID.
โข Experience: Prior experience in a clinic, hospital, or community health setting is preferred (fresh RN graduates with strong clinical skills are welcome to apply).
โข Work Preference: Fully willing and adaptable to working in a community-based clinic environment.
โข Technical Skills: Computer literate (proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic EMR software).
โข Core Competencies:

โข Patient Care & Triage: Deliver excellent, patient-centered care; accurately measure, monitor, and record patient vital signs, medical histories, and chief complaints.
โข Doctor Assistance: Efficiently assist attending physicians during medical examinations, minor outpatient procedures, and treatment administrations.
โข Community-Oriented Health: Engagement with patients in a community health setting, providing healthcare guidance, counseling, and wellness education.
โข Clinic Operations & Management: Support daily clinic administration, including inventory tracking of medical supplies, patient scheduling, and keeping treatment rooms clean and organized.
โข Documentation & Data Entry: Maintain precise, accurate physical and electronic medical records (EMR) using basic computer applications and management platforms.
โข Patient Communication: Maintain clear, empathetic, and professional verbal and written communication with patients, families, and healthcare staff.
