Position: Customer Service Associate.
Type of work: Office-based (Amazon offers free shuttle services)
Job description: Assist customers with their concerns thru call, chat, or email.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum qualifications:
*At least two years in college or Senior High Graduate; or
*High school graduate (old curriculum) with at least one-year customer service *experience
*Less than two years in college with at least one year of customer service *experience (Bpo, concierge, food crew, etc)
