6. Participate in the standardization and centralization of a global BL capturing process.
7. Assist in seeking opportunities for automation for simpler shipping data capturing process.
8. Create synergy for process standardization and simplification by utilizing shared rule guidelines across various regional offices.

1. Develop and enhance scalable software applications that are unit tested, code reviewed, and checked regularly for continuous integration.
2. Examine and support existing systems, identifying flaws, and creating solutions to improve service and time-to-resolve.
3. Perform ad hoc support tasks like statistics preparation, documentation, security patch testing, logic investigation and behavior of existing applications.
4. Work with product owners and business analysts to influence the strategy for product features and system capabilities, identifying the best way to deliver capabilities.
5. Prepare test case, release notes, impact analysis and technical design and other necessary artifacts.
6. Pursue deeper understanding of other technologies and explore applications to system.
7. Be involved in upcoming Migration Projects of Sub Teams.
8. Fix defects in production based on Service Level Agreements.
9. As part of working on our Agile teams, you will be working with multinational counterparts in different regions and centers (ZHA, HKG, and SNT).

1. Attend duties on 3 different time shifts on a rotational basis.
2. Provide 1st Level support for all OOCL shipping related systems through email, support portals, chat, and phone calls. Filter out usage issues from system-related issues.
3. Collaborate with support teams to locate root cause of technical issues and ensure the solution is thoroughly tested prior to production cutover.
4. Monitor the implementation effectiveness and usage; identify areas of improvements in the business processes.
