Job Title: Planner Engineer
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
• 5–7 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, or project controls within construction or engineering environments.
Software Proficiency:
• Primavera P6 (essential)
• MS Project
• Microsoft Excel (advanced level, including formulas and pivot tables)
• AutoCAD (optional)
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, maintain, and regularly update detailed project schedules.
• Monitor overall project progress and identify potential delays or risks.
• Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely ex*****on.
• Prepare daily construction reports, weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and look-ahead schedules.
• Perform delay analysis and propose corrective actions as necessary.
• Support resource planning and cost control activities to maintain project efficiency.
Skills & Competencies:
• Strong knowledge of the project lifecycle and construction processes.
• Excellent time management, organizational, and analytical skills.
• High level of attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and reporting abilities.
Languages:
• English: Fluent (spoken and written fluency is essential for report writing and daily communication).
Job Title: Communication Systems Technician
Education:
• The candidate must hold a Technical Diploma in Communications or a related field.
Experience:
• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the field, specifically in performing various types of maintenance work related to communication systems, depending on the nature and complexity of the assignments.
Languages:
• Fluency in English is required, both in spoken and written forms.
Job Title: Electrical Technician
Education:
• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
Experience:
• Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in electrical systems operation and maintenance.
Language:
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Technical Skills & Competencies:
• Proficient in operating and maintaining electromechanical systems, including:
• Generators, pumps, electrical panels, and various electrical devices.
• Skilled in performing routine and preventive maintenance, as well as minor repairs to ensure optimal equipment performance and reduce the risk of breakdowns.
• Capable of using electrical measuring instruments such as voltmeters, ammeters, and multimeters.
• Able to write clear technical reports and document maintenance activities.
• Knowledge of electrical safety protocols, troubleshooting procedures, and industry best practices.
Soft Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward equipment maintenance.
