The Philippine Merchant Marine School (PMMS) welcomes representatives from United Crewing Agency (UCA) for a Cadet Placement Examination today, September 18, 2026, for current third-year cadets and CCI cadets enrolled in the Bachelor of Science in Marine Transportation (BSMT) and Bachelor of Science in Marine Engineering (BSMarE) programs.

As part of the activity, the Office of Basic Training (OBT) facilitates a campus tour for the UCA Assistant Crewing Manager, showcasing PMMS’ facilities and training environment.

The examination provides cadets with an opportunity to participate in a company-led assessment as part of the cadet placement process. The activity also strengthens the school’s engagement with the maritime industry and highlights PMMS’ commitment to providing cadets with opportunities for professional development and industry exposure.
