READ: MARINA Advisory No. 2026-24
Starting 13 May 2026, all appointments for the issuance, renewal, and replacement of the Seafarer’s Identity Document (SID) and Seafarer’s Record Book (SRB) will be processed exclusively through the eGovPH App, in accordance with MARINA Advisory No. 2026-24.
Seafarer-applicants are encouraged to download the eGovPH App via the App Store, Google Play Store, or AppGallery.
Reminder: Those with prior bookings are not affected. Your appointment made through the Online Appointment System (OAS) website remains valid.
Here are the 7 easy steps for your appointment:
Download the eGovPH app now from Google Play, App Store, or AppGallery. For more details about the app, visit https://e.gov.ph/
Create an account.
Verify your account.
Search for MARINA in the list of National Government Agencies (NGAs). Then search for MARINA OAS.
Select your appointment details.
Confirm and pay.
Proceed to the MARINA Office or Processing Centers one hour before your scheduled appointment or exactly at your appointment time.
If you already have an appointment scheduled before May 13, it remains valid. There is no need to register again.
