FOLPMI – Our Lady of Peace Hospital is looking for a qualified and dedicated HOSPITAL MESSENGER / LIAISON OFFICER to join our team!
📍 Location: Coastal Rd., Parañaque City, Metro Manila
Qualifications:
- At least a High School Graduate; college level or graduate is an advantage.
- With experience as a messenger, liaison officer, or in a similar position is an advantage.
- Familiar with government offices and the processing of documents and hospital-related transactions.
- Knowledgeable in navigating routes and using navigation applications.
- Trustworthy, organized, punctual, and responsible.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to travel and perform field assignments as needed.
- Must be able to handle confidential documents and transactions with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and receive documents, letters, and other hospital-related materials.
- Facilitate the processing and follow-up of documents with government agencies, suppliers, banks, and other external offices.
- Assist in completing hospital-related errands and administrative transactions.
- Ensure the safe, timely, and accurate delivery of documents and items.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
