📌 𝐏𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫
𝑱𝒐𝒃 𝑹𝒆𝒔𝒑𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒊𝒃𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒆𝒔:
- Responsible for procuring materials and services for the company
- Maintains harmonious business relations with suppliers and vendors
- Processes all purchasing documents and coordinates with Purchasing Manager regularly regarding status
- Performs inventory of warehouse stocks and ensures re-order as necessary
- Ensures competent quality ex*****on of all purchasing duties and procedures.
𝑱𝒐𝒃 𝑸𝒖𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒇𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔:
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications; specifically in Excel
- Knowledgeable in basic inventory and supply chain management
- With good analytical skills
- With basic knowledge in documentation and monitoring
- With good communication and negotiation skills
- With strong critical thinking and negotiation skills
- With strong planning and organizational skills
- Willing to work onsite
📌 𝐖𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐜𝐤𝐦𝐚𝐧
𝑱𝒐𝒃 𝑹𝒆𝒔𝒑𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒊𝒃𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒆𝒔:
- Maintains and updates inventory records
- Counts materials, equipment, merchandise or supplies in stock
- Reports discrepancies between physical counts and computer records
- Distributing or stocking merchandise
- Receive and inventory stock
- Other various tasks as assigned
𝑱𝒐𝒃 𝑸𝒖𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒇𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔:
- Candidate must possess at least a high school (SHS) diploma
- Proven work experience as an Inventory Clerk or similar role
- Ensures that stock room is clean and well organized.
- Excellent math and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work extended hours
