When I started HR Kez, I didn’t just want a name — I wanted something that felt like home for every padayoner out there. That’s the heart behind this logo. 💚

The figure yo

u see — that little person — represents you, the padayoner. Still standing, still reaching out, still showing up kahit kapoy. That’s why the stance looks like it’s moving forward, because that’s what we do here — we keep going, one small step at a time. It’s calm, hopeful, and fresh — like a soft reminder nga “relax lang, kaya ra na.” It symbolises growth and renewal — exactly what I want HR Kez to be: a space for learning, restarting, and rebuilding confidence. 🌱

You’ll also see a leaf near the letter Z — because we should never stop learning even if the alphabet ends, naa pay 1,2,3 (char!). It’s a sign of life and growth and it will never end. Sometimes slow, sometimes messy (just like the logo, hand drawn sa sketchbook app, messy edges but natural), importante Unique and blooming gihapon in your own way. And that signature touch — “by: kez” — is there because I want this space to feel personal. Dili corporate, although this used to be a recruitment page for my previous company - I'm rebranding this na dili intimidating. Just me, sharing what I know as someone who’s been in HR, talking to you like a friend because I want to help you get your pangandoy. So yeah, this logo isn’t just design — it’s a promise. A promise to keep reminding all mga padayoners: whatever phase you’re in, padayon lang gyud. 💚

Maglagot jud ko ug taw nga toxic ang pagkaloyal bisag giabusaran na. Masokista yarn? Don't normalize it. Padayoner’s Promise: “Rejection will not define me. I’ll learn, adjust, and try again.” 💪

Naay uban nga rejected ka because employer and employee's "needs" do not meet. Like your salary expectation is not afford by a small company or their need of experience is very important for the role kay wala sad mutrain. Usahay sad, HR decide for you because we can get emotional and distracted during the interview and keep saying "Yes, ma'am", then later on makarealized ta nga dili diay kaya. Sometimes they see that and save you from the problem at the same time, saves them the time and effort if ever ma-hire ka tapos you just quit ra diay pud after a day or two because - dili nimo kaya.

So again, dili na solely because of who or what YOU ARE. Keep track of your interviews, if you think naay mali, then experiment, keep improving. Mura ra nag relationship (char!), padayon lang until you find the one and The One finds you!
