You’ll be responsible for the collation, gathering, and analysis of data to be utilized by top management for arriving at business operational decisions.

Job Description:
* To provide support to Operations by providing reporting needs that meet client requirements
* Design and develop metrics and reports, dashboards and analyses to drive key business decisions
* Conduct large-scale data analysis and modeling to derive actionable insights
Review outputs for trends
* Work with team to conduct root cause analyses and communicate improvement recommendations

Skills Required:
* Required knowledge and experience in Excel, Power Point, Google sheets
* Coding experience with Javascript, Apps Script, SQL and/or BigQuery is a Plus
* Strong background in KPI Dashboards development and automation
* Strong visualization experience – charts, bars, images, dynamic reports etc.
* Some exposure to Procurement, Planning and Product Lifecycle Management functions
* Excellent Verbal and Written English Communication and skills
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Self-driven, ability to work in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision

We offer roles providing IT-support for small-to-medium scale businesses regarding basic to complicated IT needs via email support, calls, and remote desktop assistance.

Job Descriptions:
* Process information based on standard operating procedures
* Adhere to client's process on data delivery and correspondence
* Coordinate with respective personnel through calls, emails, etc.
* Act as the point of contact for customers for ticket escalations
* Handle ticket escalations ranging from server support, network issues, and software installation.
* Customize, Deploy, Troubleshoot, and post-deployment support on machine / user-based licensing of O365.
* Coordinate and schedule IT support tickets to ensure maximum utilization of billable resources.
* Ability to set up, configure, and troubleshoot Windows Server and related issues.

Qualifications:
* Must be 3+ years experienced.
