• At least 1 year of experience in construction

• With construction skills such as carpentry,

• Knowledgeable in troubleshooting/fixing
maintenance issues
• With good physical stamina
• Able to work in extreme hot condition
• Flexible, hardworking, with good working

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science,
Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety or
related field (Master’s degree is preferred)
• Accredited Safety practitioner SO4 and Certified
PCO is preferred
• At least 3-4 years relevant experience in ESH
management
• Certified Lead Auditor is preferred
• Demonstrated experience in ESG or sustainability
reporting and compliance with Philippine laws
• In depth understanding of Philippine
environmental and occupational safety laws
• Competent knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001,
ISO 45001 management skills
• Strong leadership, audit management and
stakeholder engagement skills
• With analytical and strategic approach to
environmental and social performance improvement
