🔧 WE’RE HIRING: MECHANIC 🔧

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Mechanic who can help maintain and repair agricultural equipment and company vehicles.

📍Area of Assignment: (2) Palo, (1) Abuyog, (1) Bohol

Qualifications:
✔ Degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Technology, or at least vocational in Automotive Sevicing
✔ Familiarity in Agri-machineries (Tractor and Harvester) is a plus
✔ Knowledgeble in installation, repair, maintenance, test tasks, and overhauling machine
✔ Experience in mechanical repair is an advantage
✔ Can work with minimal supervision
✔ Willing to be trained annd travel
✔ Preferably can confidently drive a 4-wheel vehicle and holds a valid driver's license

📌 Position: Regional Sales Manager
📍 Area Assignment: Zone 1, Libertad, Palo, Leyte

Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering or Agriculture
✔Licensed Engineer is a plus
✔ With at least 5 years of experience in Sales of Agri-machinery, including a minimum of 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role
✔ Proven ability to oversee and manage Operations effectively
✔ Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage people and relate well with all levels of the organization
✔ Good communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
✔ Willing to do field work (travelling various provinces across Region 8)
✔ Fresh graduates may apply (willing to be trained and assigned in Sales)
✔ Must be able to drive a 4-wheel vehicle and holds a valid driver's license
