Do you have the skills and passion to repair and maintain agricultural machinery? AIMS Agri Ventures Inc., an authorized dealer of Kubota Philippines is looking for dedicated 𝑴𝒆𝒄𝒉𝒂𝒏𝒊𝒄 to help keep our equipment operating at its best.

📍 Area of Assignment:
(2) 𝐏𝐚𝐥𝐨, 𝐋𝐞𝐲𝐭𝐞

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Technology, or at least a vocational course in Automotive Servicing
✔ Familiarity with agricultural machinery (tractors and harvesters) is an advantage
✔ Knowledgeable in machine installation, troubleshooting, repair, preventive maintenance, testing, and overhauling
✔ Experience in mechanical repair is an advantage
✔ Can work with minimal supervision
✔ Willing to undergo training and travel when necessary
✔ Can drive 4-wheel vehicle and must have a valid driver’s license (1,2)
***Salary may vary depending on the experience

📍 Area of Assignment:
𝐏𝐚𝐥𝐨, 𝐋𝐞𝐲𝐭𝐞

Qualifications:
✅Preferably Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering or Agriculture (Licensed is a plus)
✅Minimum 5 years of related experience
✅Background in Sales and/or agricultural machineries is an advantage
✅Able to handle and manage a considerable number of people and able to relate well with different levels in the organization
✅Knowledgeable in Operations functions
✅Good communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
✅Can confidently drive 4-wheel vehicle and must have a valid driver’s license
✅Willing to travel to various provinces across Region 8

𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐎𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐈𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬:
✓ Php 20,000 monthly + Allowances and Benefits (Salary may vary depending on the experience)
✓ With Sales Commission and Year-End Incentives for Sales generated
✓ With provision of Company Vehicle
