Balay Ng Itay Private Resort is looking for a GENERAL MANAGER who can run a resort like a machine—quiet, structured, and flawless.

What you’ll do:
- Oversee daily resort operations with precision
- Enforce SOPs, house rules, and service standards—no exceptions
- Supervise staff performance, conduct, and accountability
- Validate bookings, day tours, reports, and logbooks
- Maintain control over inventory, cash, and financial docs
- Spot operational risks early and escalate to the Owner

You’re a fit if you are:
- Male, 30–40 years old
- At least 2 years experience in resort, hotel, or hospitality operations
- Calm, firm, decisive, with iron discipline in reporting
- Willing to work on-site in Padre Burgos, Quezon Province
- This isn’t for spectators. This is for someone who takes ownership and delivers results.
