Qualifications:
1. At least 2 years in college - no experience needed.
2. Good English communication skill.
3. Highschool/Sr. Highschool graduate or finished 1 year in college needs at least 1 year work experience in any customer service related job.
4. Having good comprehension skill is a plus.

Call Center Agents for August 2021

Qualifications:
1. With or without experience for applicants who finished 2 years in college.
2. Good comprehension skill is a plus.
3. Can work/train onsite.
4. For Highschool/Senior Highschool graduate or finished 1 year in college a 1 year BPO/Call center work experience is needed.
5. Good English communication skill.

CSR Role:
1. Obtains client information by answering telephone calls
2. Interviewing clients
verifying information
3. Informs clients by explaining procedures
4. Answering questions
5. Providing information
6. Maintains communication equipment by reporting problems.
