Salary: 55,000 PHP – 70,000 PHP + 35,000 PHP Target Commission (Uncapped)

Key Requirements:

Expert at side-by-side coaching, role-playing, and handling "Not Interested" objections.

Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a team of outbound sales agents to hit daily and weekly targets.
Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance reviews.
Analyze sales metrics to identify and correct underperformance immediately.
Ensure team compliance with campaign guidelines and quality standards.
