We're expanding our team and are looking for 6 experienced Senior Sales Development Representatives to support an established UK client.

If you have a proven background in outbound B2B sales, experience calling the UK market, a smooth and professional English accent, and the confidence to speak with business owners and senior decision-makers, we'd love to hear from you.

This is a permanent work from home position offering excellent earning potential, outstanding benefits and genuine long-term career progression.

WORKING HOURS

Monday to Friday

4:00 PM to 1:00 AM (Philippine Time)

1 Hour Paid Lunch Break

Two Paid 15 Minute Breaks

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct outbound B2B calls to businesses across the United Kingdom.

• Generate new business opportunities.

• Book high-quality appointments for the client's sales team.

• Build rapport and professionally overcome objections.

• Maintain accurate prospect records, activities and follow-up tasks within HubSpot CRM.

• Consistently achieve appointment-setting targets and KPIs.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Sales Development Representative, Appointment Setter or B2B Outbound Sales Representative.

• Previous experience calling or selling into the UK market is an advantage but not essential.

• Excellent spoken English with a smooth, professional and confident accent.

• Able to communicate naturally with UK clients and confidently understand British accents.

• Strong objection handling, communication and listening skills.

• Self-motivated, organised and target-driven.

• Reliable home office with a stable high-speed internet connection.

SGO TalentHub is looking for a reliable and experienced **Technical Support, Web & Systems Specialist** to join our team on a **casual hourly basis**.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical problems and has a broad range of IT, web, and business systems experience. Some weeks you'll have plenty of hours, while other weeks may be quieter depending on project demand. As our business continues to grow, there's strong potential for this role to become a **permanent full-time position**.

# # # What you'll be doing

• Identifying, removing, and preventing malware on WordPress websites
• Managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting WordPress websites
• Building and editing pages using Elementor
• Setting up and troubleshooting website forms using Elementor Forms, Zoho Forms, Gravity Forms, WPForms, or similar tools
• Diagnosing and fixing website errors, broken pages, plugin conflicts, performance issues, and technical bugs
• Setting up, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting Zoho applications (CRM, Mail, Forms, Campaigns, Desk, Flow, etc.)
• Securing lead data and CRM systems within Zoho, ensuring data integrity, user permissions, and best practices are followed
• Creating automations, workflows, forms, and integrations within Zoho
• Setting up, testing, and managing email marketing campaigns, templates, and automations using Zoho Campaigns or similar platforms
• Resolving website, hosting, email, DNS, domain, and SSL certificate issues
• Providing technical support across multiple business systems and software platforms
• Assisting with website launches, system migrations, and ongoing improvements
• Monitoring system performance and proactively identifying technical issues before they impact the business

# # # What we're looking for

• Experience removing malware and securing WordPress websites
• Strong knowledge of WordPress and Elementor
• Experience with website form builders (Elementor Forms, Gravity Forms, WPForms, Zoho Forms, or similar)
• Experience administering and troubleshooting Zoho products, particularly Zoho CRM and Zoho Campaigns
• Experience setting up email campaigns, automations, and mailing lists
• Understanding of CRM security, user permissions, lead management, and data protection best practices
• Knowledge of website hosting, DNS, SSL certificates, domains, and email configuration
• Ability to diagnose and resolve website and technical issues independently
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent English communication skills
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely
