If you have a keen eye for details and accuracy, here's a role that's right for you!

We're looking for dedicated individuals to join our TIMEKEEPING STAFF.

Here's what the role entails:
• Processes weekly Payrolls. (NCR Promo, RIII & RIV Promo, Provincial Employees, Head office Employees)
• Checking and encoding of manual daily time record (DTR) and attendance logs from biometric of all San-Yang Employees to excel file.
• Checking and encoding of approved overtime request.
• Check and verifies to Area Sales Supervisor of employee without attendance record on a specific payroll period.
• Records absences and tardiness of all employees for proper monitoring.
• Checks and verify the time keeping report summary of all employees (Excel) before uploading/ transfer to the payroll system (Paysoft).
• Coordinates to Supervisor regarding time keeping problem.
• Prepares and uploading of complete time sheet to accounting/payroll section.
• Performs pre/post audits of hours transferred to the payroll system.
• Accomplish other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
