Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle and monitor payables, ensuring timely and accurate recording
2. Prepare internal accounting and financial reports for management review
3. Monitor and update cash flow reports regularly
4. Prepare and reconcile locators’ billing reports
5. Track, monitor, and report account transactions
6. Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records
7. Assist in other accounting and bookkeeping tasks as needed

Qualifications:

1. At least 3 years of work experience in bookkeeping or accounting-related roles
2. Graduate of Accounting, Finance, or any related course (experience is highly preferred)
3. Knowledgeable in basic accounting principles and bookkeeping practices
4. Proficient in MS Excel and basic accounting tools
5. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently
6. With good communication and reporting skills
