Good morning, Workers! 🌿

Aminin natin, hindi lahat ng taong makakasalamuha natin sa trabaho ay madaling pakisamahan. May demanding customers, masungit na katrabaho, at minsan, boss na mahirap intindihin.

Pero tandaan: hindi mo kontrolado ang ugali ng ibang tao, pero kaya mong kontrolin kung paano ka tutugon. 💚

✨ 3 TIPS TO HANDLE DIFFICULT PEOPLE:

1️⃣ PAUSE BEFORE YOU REACT. 🧘
Kapag may nagsalita nang masakit, huwag agad gumanti. Huminga muna, makinig, at sumagot nang mahinahon. Hindi lahat ng bagay kailangang sagutin ng galit.

2️⃣ SPEAK WITH RESPECT, BUT SET BOUNDARIES. 🗣️
Maging magalang kahit mahirap ang sitwasyon. Kung may hindi pagkakaunawaan, ipaliwanag ang side mo nang maayos. Kung may pang-aabuso o paulit-ulit na hindi tamang pagtrato, humingi ng tulong sa supervisor o HR.

3️⃣ FOCUS ON THE SOLUTION, NOT THE DRAMA. 🎯
Huwag hayaang sirain ng conflict ang buong araw mo. Alamin kung ano ang kailangang ayusin, makipag-usap nang professional, at gawin ang responsibilidad mo.

💚 REMEMBER: Being professional doesn't mean allowing people to disrespect you. It means responding wisely, knowing your worth, and choosing the right way to handle the situation.

Minsan, simpleng habits ang kailangang baguhin!

💡 3 WORK MISTAKES YOU SHOULD AVOID:

1️⃣ LAGING LATE ⏰
Ang pagiging punctual ay tanda ng respeto sa oras ng trabaho at sa mga taong umaasa sa iyo. Planuhin ang biyahe at maglaan ng extra time para sa unexpected delays.

2️⃣ HINDI MARUNONG MAKIPAG-COMMUNICATE 🗣️
Kapag may problema, huwag basta manahimik o manghula. Magtanong nang maayos, makinig sa instructions, at magsabi agad kung may concern.

3️⃣ NAGHIHINTAY LAGING UTUSAN 📋
