ADMIN ASSISTANT
• Business course graduate
• At least 1-year related experience
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good time management, multitasking, and reporting skills
• Adaptable, flexible, and organized
• Can manage processes and work in a fast-paced environment
• Good written and verbal communication
• Strong commitment to company values
Responsibilities:
• Provide day-to-day admin support
• Handle billing & documentation (coordination with vendors, payment proof, etc.)
• Organize and maintain files and forms
• Ensure SLAs with departments are followed
• Track messenger/collector errands and expenses
• Assist in vendor sourcing
• Monitor and replenish office/facility supplies
• Prepare reports and basic analytics
• Handle inventory (asset tagging, identification, reconciliation)
• Receive calls and relay messages accurately
• Log and transmit important documents on time
• Perform other assigned admin tasks
