Recently, Upstart conducted an Effective Communication Training for a client where we explored communication from the foundations up — understanding communication styles, navigating generational differences, handling difficult conversations, proper workplace etiquette, professional email and chat writing, and knowing when to use email, chat, calls, or face-to-face conversations.
