🎯 What you'll own:
✅ Lead the team — assign shifts, monitor performance, coach agents to close more
✅ Close the tough ones — handle high-value cases and hesitant buyers
✅ Run operations — sharpen chat-selling SOPs, coordinate with Inventory, Logistics & CS
✅ Drive growth — team up with Marketing on promos, launches, and restocks
✅ Report results — daily and weekly sales performance
🙌 What we're looking for:
✅ 2–3 years in Online Sales or E-Commerce
✅ At least 1 year in a Lead or Supervisory role
✅ Strong leadership and coaching skills
✅ A confident communicator — and a real closer
✅ Chat-selling experience (Messenger, Shopify, social platforms)
✅ Thrives under pressure during peak sales
✅ Bachelor's degree (preferred)
