Filinvest Cyberparks, Inc. reached new heights during their teambuilding at Timberland Heights last July 9-10, 2024.

The event kicked off with a workshop on Stepback Leadership led by Mr. Lloyd Luna, followed by insightful presentations on Competitor Scanning and Market Intelligence from different departments. The FCI Heads provided update on 1H achievements and catch-up plans all focused on pushing FCI forward.

The second day was packed with challenging physical Teambuilding activities designed to test teamwork, leadership skills and bring about SYNERGY. Led by Mr. RS Rada, Ms. Angelica Pastor, from the Training and Engagement Team and plenary session to discuss the learnings was facilitated by our Sr. AVP - Head for HR Operations, Ms. Evangeline Herrera.

In the spirit of Christmas, we came together as to share our blessings with local communities last December.

Two days of heartwarming experiences as participates in its Christmas Thanksgiving outreach program with our fellow Filinvest Companies. Thanks to the generosity of our , we were able to provide school supplies and fun goodies to 60 beneficiaries from San Miguel Elementary School and The Haven Center for Women and Children with school supplies and other goodies.

The big top tent flew its bright colors high as got a bit more exciting with “A Halloween Special: Carnival” last October 28!

Our employees came together to enjoy classic carnival games with prizes for our lucky winners! The fun continued with a Halloween carnival-themed office decorating and costume contest that brought out plenty of spooks and laughs. From haunted houses to clown shows, there was no stop to the fun that our teams shared with everyone.

It was a thrilling ride, one that brought out more treats than tricks for our and we can’t wait to see what they pull up next Halloween!
