PETITION FOR ACCREDITATION OF THE PHILIPPINE CARABAO CENTER EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION (PCCEA)

Please be informed that the Philippine Carabao Center Employees Association (PCCEA) has filed a Petition for Accreditation pursuant to the 2024 Rules and Regulations Governing the Exercise of the Right of Government Employees to Organize.

In accordance with Section 5, Rule XI-A, the required documents have been posted for a period of ten (10) calendar days, from September 30, 2026 to October 10, 2026, at the following:

📌 PCC Principal Office
📌 All PCC Regional Centers

The posted documents include the Notice of Petition for Accreditation, Notice to the Oppositor, Sworn Petition/Resolution for Accreditation, and the Majority Support Signatures of the Rank-and-File Employees.

📝 NOTICE TO ALL CONCERNED EMPLOYEES:
Any opposition to the Petition for Accreditation may be submitted within the 10-day posting period in accordance with the applicable rules.

After the expiration of the posting period, a Sworn Report on the Absence/Presence of Opposition shall be prepared to document whether any opposition was received.

PCCEA GENERAL ASSEMBLY WRAPS UP SUCCESSFULLY ON MARCH 25, 2026.

The Philippine Carabao Center Employees Association (PCCEA) held its much-anticipated General Assembly alongside the 33rd Anniversary Celebration of the Department of Agriculture - Philippine Carabao Center (PCC) last March 25, 2026 – with members joining both in person and online.

President Estella P. Valiente presented the association’s core priorities moving forward:
- Preserving PCCEA identity
- Improve and sustain HMO subscriptions
- Create viable Income Generating Projects
- Roll out flexible work arrangements
- Continue building excellence, legacy, and synergy

The assembly also prioritized accountability, Aivhee E. Cuanang, treasurer of the association presented the financial statements to keep all members informed of the association’s standing. New members took their official oath, formally becoming part of the PCCEA family. Additionally, Haydee T. Sevilla led discussions on the PCCEA Provident Fund, sharing updates on how it serves our members.

Looking ahead for the next chapter of PCCEA’s new agenda positions to make association stronger. Only the best from PCC, only the best for PCC employees.
