PCCEA GENERAL ASSEMBLY WRAPS UP SUCCESSFULLY ON MARCH 25, 2026.

The Philippine Carabao Center Employees Association (PCCEA) held its much-anticipated General Assembly alongside the 33rd Anniversary Celebration of the Department of Agriculture - Philippine Carabao Center (PCC) last March 25, 2026 – with members joining both in person and online.

President Estella P. Valiente presented the association’s core priorities moving forward:
- Preserving PCCEA identity
- Improve and sustain HMO subscriptions
- Create viable Income Generating Projects
- Roll out flexible work arrangements
- Continue building excellence, legacy, and synergy

The assembly also prioritized accountability, Aivhee E. Cuanang, treasurer of the association presented the financial statements to keep all members informed of the association’s standing. New members took their official oath, formally becoming part of the PCCEA family. Additionally, Haydee T. Sevilla led discussions on the PCCEA Provident Fund, sharing updates on how it serves our members.

Looking ahead for the next chapter of PCCEA’s new agenda positions to make association stronger. Only the best from PCC, only the best for PCC employees.

PCCEA Spreads Kindness at Mangandingay Elementary School

Demonstrating its commitment to social responsibility and spreading joy this Christmas season, the PCC Employees Association (PCCEA), through its Executive Board, successfully conducted an outreach program at Mangandingay Elementary School on December 5, 2025, themed “Spreading Kindness, One Act at a Time.”

The activity was made possible through a collaboration with the PCC at CLSU—through its Gender and Development (GAD) Unit—and the Knowledge Management Division (KMD) of PCC, underscoring a shared dedication to community engagement.

One of the highlights of the event was an engaging storytelling session featuring “The Adventures of Kalaboy and Kalagirl” by the KMD. The lively narrative captivated the students, filling the gym with excitement while imparting meaningful lessons on courage and kindness.

After the storytelling, students enjoyed nutritious chocomilk and fresh bread. A milk toast was also held to convey good health and bright future for the children. Candies and slightly used clothes, toys, shoes, and books donated by PCC employees were then distributed to the Kinder and Grade 1 pupils.

The School principal, Dr. Al John U. Febrero expressed his gratitude to the PCCEA for the thoughtful initiative. Likewise, PCCEA President Ms. Estell P. Valiente thanked the school administration for their warm welcome, invaluable support, and cooperation in making the outreach program a resounding success.
